We provide thorough, discreet and legally compliant investigative services. Every case is handled with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and the standards required of a licensed Texas agency.

Licensure and standards

Operating a private investigations company in Texas is tightly regulated. Agency licensure requires a qualified manager who meets the state's experience standards and has passed the required examination, proof of adequate liability insurance, and adherence to the Private Security Act and Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 35. Licenses renew on a two-year cycle, contingent on completion of mandatory continuing education.
